For now, this site intentionally focuses on texts instead of images or backgrounds to save on your bandwidth to make downloading of this site faster and easier. Hopefully, the text (article) downloads before the icons on my sidebar.

This website would like to thank the following websites for their services:

Blogger.com – for hosting this site. Much appreciation, great thanks for the services Blogger.com is giving to this site. This is my personal favorite, and number one choice when it comes to blog hosting / publishing. I do not use any other. Kudos! Awesome work! Surely, I cannot express enough how much I applaud this website! I am obviously very grateful!

Google.com – for the Adsense, the Sitesearch, and its other services. If you need to search using keywords, you may do so using Google’s sitesearch located somewhere at the bottom of this page. You may search the whole web, or this website only (either the articles or the fiction site). Google assures its Adsense users that ads displayed in its users' pages will be relevant and related, through algorithms which hopefully achieve some form of artificial intelligence, so if any ad displayed in my site is inappropriate, you may report it to me through e-mail. I do not necessarily see the exact same ads my users will see because of how Google generates which ads will be displayed. Neither do I vouch for the products or services these advertisers provide.

Sitemeter.com – for my hits counter. Unlike many websites, who start their visitor counter at a higher number to make it appear that it has had more visitors than it has actually had, I set my sitemeter to start at zero, which can be attested to by my earliest visitors, and Sitemeter.com. All hits are made by actual people; I do not use an auto-surfer. I used to set the sitemeter to exclude all hits from the network where I work, so as not to count my own visits when I’m there, but because of an improvement with sitemeter, starting Nov. 17, 2005, I now only exclude visits made on the browser of my personal laptop. In just over one year of existence in the web, I have had over 2,000 hits/visitors.

Bravenet.com – for hosting my minipolls. I do not vote on my own polls; all votes are from actual users. Please vote! I would like to hear your opinion!

Blogspotting.com – for the referrals. Unfortunately, this site is no longer available. My site reached the top 100 member sites in terms of number of Unique Page Views (highest at 41) and on the top ten member sites in terms of Unique Hits In (highest at number 5, Feb. 16, 2005). My site was also often ranked number 1 in its Lifestyle category.

Blogexplosion.com - for directing visitors, and for displaying my banner ad.

Addesigner.com – for my banners.

ImageShack.us – for hosting my images.

Christiantop1000.com – for including this website in their top 1000 Christian websites list (last time I checked, highest rank at 92, October 25, 2005).

Copyscape.com - for the protection against plagiarism.

Blogadvance.com - for sending visitors to my Fiction site (http://lainencarnacion.blogspot.com/), and for displaying my banner ads.

Search engines which refer this site to their users, I cannot name each of you, to avoid missing anyone.

And to the readers and users of this website, especially the faithful few who visit this often, and those that have linked or referred to me! It is an honor to serve you! E-mail me! I would like to hear from you!

The contents of this page (and others) may change as additions and modifications are made, so do visit this and my other pages frequently.

I also recommend the following sites:
My Fiction which is the companion site of Palainly Speaking, where my fiction, short stories and poems are published.
Beyond Superficial Courtship which is a "book" I started to write since 2002.
[sic] is a site where I post actual conversations I have had, which I believe a few people might find interesting and might learn from. Details such as names have been aliased. Permission to post has been granted to me by the person I was talking with.
Cool Lyrics is a site with lyrics I think are very interesting, very nice or have lessons to be learned from.
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/PalainlySpeaking which is the official yahoogroup site of this site. Its original purpose is to make files (mostly made by myself for fun or learning experience) available to others. The files are downloadable to members. Membership is free and requires no approval. Please feel free to be a member!
Reeds which is the website I manage with a friend. (Still under construction)
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Reeds which is the yahoogroup site of Reeds. (Still being developed.)

I used to recommend this:
Barbie Almalbis’ Poems and Writings which are poems and writings of my favorite poet, Barbie Almalbis (of Barbie’s Cradle). Check out the lyrics of her songs too: Barbie Almalbis’ Lyrics
But http://www.barbiescradle.com/ is no longer available. However, her new website is http://www.barbiealmalbis.com/

I also created and "manage":
http://mensaphilippines.blogspot.com/ which is the temporary website of Mensa Philippines, while we are having problems with the connection at ph.mensa.org .
My Favorite Music Videos where I was going to post some of my favorite music videos, but I temporarily closed the development and maintenance of this.
http://dlscanlubang.blogspot.com/ which is an unofficial blog about De La Salle Canlubang, the college where I am a pioneer college professor.
http://dlsc-mensa.blogspot.com/ which is the Blog for Mensa in De La Salle Canlubang
http://dlscmathchampionship.blogspot.com/ which is a blog about an activity I organized, the De La Salle Canlubang Math Championship
http://dlsc.itopsites.com/ which is the Top Sites list / ranking for De La Salle Canlubang bloggers, webmasters, etc.
